Résumé |
Raman scattering (RS), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), optical absorption (OA) and photoluminescence (PL) are used to investigate a composite based on single walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) and a well defined short oligo-N-vinylcarbazole (OVK). The compound is obtained for several SWNTs weight concentrations (0.85, 1.10, 1.75 and 3.50\%) by the mixing procedure using the chlorobenzene as an appropriate solvent. Our purpose is to elucidate not only the charge transfer between both components, but also the effect of SWNTs concentration on the optical and vibrational properties of the new synthesized composite. Moreover, in order to reach better level functionalization process, all samples are annealed at the temperature of 333K. Then, the effect of thermal treatment is carried out. (C) 2010 Elsevier B.V.
